POLITICAL REACTIONS IN CHI WA.

"Sir Archibald Clark Kerr, the British Ambassador, has been transferred to Moscow and left here, last week. He has been very much liked here and people hate to see him leave. It was a blunder of the British Gov rment to transfer him just now, when relations between the two countries are so important and when the Chinese are rather critical of some British action The British here also fell he should not · have been transferred."
